Executive Director
The Child Care Center of
First Presbyterian Church, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the
position of Executive Director. We are a non-profit child care center located in
the heart of beautiful downtown Asheville. Our center cares for children ages 6
wks to 5 yrs. Our average enrollment is 70 children.
The minimum qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 18 units in
ECE
2 years experience managing a licensed child care facility
Level III Administration certification from the NC Division of Child Development
Knowledge of NC Licensing standards and of developmentally appropriate practices
for infants and preschool aged children.
