FPCA is hosting an exhibit by S. Beth Taylor, a fabric artist from Chapel Hill, NC. Her quilt art incorporates many types of fabric and design, plus words of Taize prayers, biblical reflections and poetry.
In her own words, “Offering endless creative opportunity, free-form quilting gave me a place to combine color, pattern, and texture as I create fiber art, wall hangings and greeting cards with new and recycled materials.”
Her show will be hanging until the week after Easter Sunday, April 16th. There will be an artist reception after church on March 19th (12:30-2:30 p.m.) where you can meet the artist and hear her ideas about her creations.
